Trust Should Accelerate Business, Not Slow It Down
We built iNeedTrust because proving security should not require a procurement budget, a GRC team, and three weeks of email archaeology.
Why we built iNeedTrust
iNeedTrust comes from years of leading commercial teams at B2B SaaS companies. Every deal that reached security review stalled the same way: the buyer wanted the SOC 2 report, the penetration test, the DPA, and someone on our side was digging through shared drives for the right version, while senior engineers got pulled off the roadmap to answer the same security questions again and again. Sales cycles stretched, the roadmap slipped, and the most expensive people in the building were doing filing work. Step back and look at the market: every company sells to other companies the same way, and proving trust is still manual labor. That absurdity is why iNeedTrust exists.
Enterprise companies already have trust centers, compliance teams, and security review processes built over years. The platforms that serve them are priced accordingly, $15K to $50K a year, sold as a module of a larger suite that requires formal procurement. That market was never built for startups, SMBs and mid-market SaaS companies, which now face the same scrutiny with none of that infrastructure. They don't have that budget. They don't have that headcount. They just need buyers to see their real security posture without chasing anyone over email.
So we've built it: an AI-native trust center platform with low fees and a 14-day free trial. Buyers browse a live trust center with your real security posture. Security questionnaires are answered automatically from your own evidence. Certification and control coverage shows exactly which controls you have in place and where the gaps are, so you know where to focus. AI handles document classification, control mapping, and ongoing maintenance, so your team reviews and approves instead of rebuilding the same answers from scratch.
iNeedTrust is designed to help you save time, the AI-driven maintenance helps ease upkeep, not just setup: expiration alerts, staleness detection, health scoring and controls coverage in addition to questionnaire automation helps keep your trust center honest after launch.
The team behind iNeedTrust: Leaders who lived the problem
For decades, we sat on the other side of the table.
As executives and architects, we spent our careers working on technical and security aspects of sales, securing high-stakes enterprise systems, and driving global growth across major technology, financial, and regulatory sectors. And time and again, we hit the exact same brick wall: the security review and compliance bottleneck.
The collective experience behind iNeedTrust
We aren't first-time builders figuring it out as we go. Our leadership collective represents a rare convergence of executive, technical, and commercial authority, each spanning several decades of hands-on experience.
Why we built this
We built iNeedTrust to be the tool we always wished we had: a clean, fast, transparently priced, and intelligent automation that turns security reviews from a deal-killing tax into a competitive advantage.
"Make every company's trustworthiness visible and verifiable."
What We Believe
AI-First
AI is not layered on top. It drives setup, classification, mapping, and maintenance from day one. Every workflow starts with AI doing the heavy lifting so humans review and approve instead of building from scratch.
Transparency
Trust is proven, not claimed. Buyers should be able to understand your posture without chasing your team. Public controls, structured evidence, and self-service access are the default, not a premium tier.
Developer-Friendly
Structured data, integrations, and workflows that respect how modern teams operate. JSON-LD output, API-ready patterns, and SCF-backed control mappings, not PDF uploads and manual copy-paste.
Comparison
The iNeedTrust Way
Security reviews are mostly a coordination problem. This is what changes when buyers can self-serve trust.
